Liberation
Yves Le Masne (former managing director) and Jean-Claude Brdenk (former managing director) will be tried for money laundering. They are suspected of having sold shares of the group before the publication of the book "Les Fossoyeurs" in knowledge of the case.
The National Financial Prosecutor's Office ordered the trial of Yves Le Masne and Jean-Claude Brdenk, two former leaders of Orpea, for insider trading. This is the first trial following the scandal of abuse in this private Ehpad group.
