Two Elevation 25 buildings in Mead change hands for $43 million

The Mark IV Capital commercial real estate firm recently bought two buildings totaling 204,050 square feet in Mead’s Elevation 25 development, which is along the Interstate 25 corridor, for $43 million. The buildings are fully leased, Mark IV Capital said in a news release.
