Two boys charged over armed robbery, Southport

Police have charged two boys following the armed robbery of a boy at Southport last night, 15 March. It will be alleged that around 10pm, a 13-year-old boy was travelling on a tram when he was approached by two other boys who produced a knife and demanded his necklace and jumper. The 13-year-old complied, and the pair exited the tram at Southport. The 13-year-old was not physically injured during the incident.   Police were notified and tracked …
