Two accusers: Penticton city councillor starts second trial for alleged sex crimes involving children
The Crown is expected to call both accusers and several witnesses as the five-day trial continues on historical sex charges.

- After seeing news stories about Miller's 2005 acquittal in Sarnia, accuser B. phoned Penticton city hall demanding to speak with Miller and later posted on Facebook, prompting the mayor to forward his email to local RCMP, which contacted Sarnia Police Service.
- On Tuesday in Sarnia court, J.B., now in his 40s, testified that during Grade 5 overnight basketball tournaments, Miller frequently exposed himself in hotel rooms and change areas with defective underwear, a pattern other team members warned about dismissively.
- Second accuser B. testified on the trial's second day about two incidents where Miller put his body against his and commenced thrusting while clothed, including one during a return trip from a Michigan basketball game, though Miller's lawyer questioned his credibility.
- Three Crown witnesses remain to testify before defence submissions, with the trial scheduled to resume today and expected to conclude within five days, while Miller awaits judgment from a separate April trial expected by June at the earliest.
