ACCOUNT-RENDU HEARING - The trial of this close friend of Mohamed Amra, tried for the murder of a young Chechen in 2020, concludes this Thursday. Fustigeing the work of the investigators in "an empty case", based on "the rumours", the lawyers of the accused, Mes Frank Berton and Yasmina Belmokhtar, have pleaded his acquittal.
On Thursday, September 10, 2026, the Advocates General requested twenty years' imprisonment for the murder of Akhmed Marzabekov against Jean-Charles Preira.
After six days of trial, the Assize Court of L'Eure acquitted Jean-Charles Preira this Thursday. The 31-year-old man was accused of the murder of a young Ingouche on September 25, 2020 in the Madeleine district of Évreux (Eure).
After more than three hours of deliberation, the jury handed down its verdict at the assizes of Évreux on Thursday, September 10, 2026. He remains in prison because convicted in another case and he is charged in the escape of Mohamed Amra.
