BELCOURT – Twenty-five years of dedicated service was honored this past Thursday in Belcourt, as the staff at the Turtle Mountain Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Agency hosted a retirement party for BIA Superintendent, Lyndon Desjarlais, a man who gave everything to help make Turtle Mountain a better place for all.
