"We do not recognize this state of affairs, which is contrary to international law," the Turkish Foreign Ministry wrote in a statement, once again condemning Russia's annexation of Crimea. Monday marks the 12th anniversary of the illegal referendum that resulted in Moscow's seizure of Ukraine's Crimean Peninsula.
