Talks between Turkey and the United Arab Emirates regarding the sale of Russian S-400 air defense systems have reportedly stalled, The Moscow Times reported, citing the Semafor website. Ankara was considering divesting the systems to clear the way for the purchase of American F-35 fighter jets. One option under consideration is to dispose of the equipment.
