Tijuana, 13 August. Between debates of deputies, cries of demonstrators and calls for a motion of order by the new president of the Board of Directors of the Congress of the State, Eligio Valencia López, began the ordinary legislative session this Thursday, the cause: that the second item, concerning a request of the Panist bench of separation of office against the governor Marina of Pilar Avila Olmeda, was removed from the agenda.
