Gilmer County put together a third straight dominating defensive performance in Saturday night's WVSSAC Class A girls state basketball tournament title game as the Titans held Tug Valley to 15% shooting in a 66-22 blowout win.

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) - It was a magical season for the Tug Valley Panthers that came up only one game short, as the Panthers fell in the Class A championship game to the top-seeded Gilmer County Lady Titans 66-22. After tying the game at 2 early in the first quarter, Gilmer went on a 16-1 run, and never looked back.
