TSC clarifies role amid claims of stalled teacher registrations

To, Teaching Service Commission Here is the motion from a student attending the University of Goroka which is the core institution that graduates almost 1000 plus teachers every year. About the Collection of PRC, many newly implemented policies today are draging the smooth Collection of PRC today that leads graduants mind destruction. Having this, Here in the University, all students here were not continuing students from Secondary schools in the country. We are comprises of students, some students came from different study centers like, FODE, matriculation studies, IDF’s and so forth. While these categories of students in this institution just to give a same service to the younger generations to come. The newly introduced policies like, 2.8 required GPA to enter the university and even allowing only the FODE centers to supply students badly affect the comprises of students attending today and some yet to come, especially those who enter into institution before the introduced policies. Here is my suggestion, to the Teaching Service commission and Marape Roso government that, ” To fix the inconvenience of collecting the PRC and caused by introduced policies. You must understand the students that they are already with different transcripts in the every institutions like the University of Goroka and the teachers collidges as well. And you must know that the policies that you implemented is just today and it cannot affect the students already in the past systems and policies. More better to fix that, today policy must go with the ones who yet to taste the tertiary institutions, and for the ones who already in the institution with past policies must be treated in past policies in teaching service commission. This is my simple respond to the newly introduced policies of the Government today. The Loude voice of all the students here in The University of Goroka.
