MOAB, UTAH- A cargo truck tipped off Highway 191 near Moab on Wednesday morning, according to Moab Valley Fire Department. Units went to Highway US-191, mile 111 marker, after an accident involving a cargo truck was reported. Upon arrival, firefighters found the driver outside the truck, who was evaluated.
