Troy police make arrests in two separate gunfire investigations
Troy police have arrested two men on charges involving gunfire. In the first case, police say 20-year-old Jaylin Collins of Troy was charged with firing a gun into an occupied vehicle. Two 17-year-olds have also been arrested on the same charge.
