Troy police make arrests in two separate gunfire investigations

Troy police have arrested two men on charges involving gunfire. In the first case, police say 20-year-old Jaylin Collins of Troy was charged with firing a gun into an occupied vehicle. Two 17-year-olds have also been arrested on the same charge. Police say at about 12:30AM on July 26, they were called to a shooting in the 100 block of Williams Street, which is near South Three Notch Street downtown.
