TRMC still working with potential buyer

Last week, the Thomasville Regional Medical Center (TRMC) received a foreclosure notice filed by attorneys for the mortgagee North Avenue Capital LLC of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., for nearly $40 million owed on the property. TRMC remains open and could be sold on May 9 unless a transfer deal is reached with a new owner.
