The death of little Jusi Padlayat after several days complaining about stomach aches at her local clinic in Ivujivik, Nunavik, is "extremely troubling," said the Quebec Minister of Health on Thursday.
Four-year-old Jusi Padlayat, 4 years old, from Ivujivik, in northern Quebec, reportedly died after not receiving adequate care.
