In February 2027 the case of Marius Borg Høiby goes into a new round. The court has now established a specific time frame for the appeal.
It is now clear that the son of the Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit will be on trial again next year. Marius Borg Høiby's case will be renegotiated as of February 9, 2027. "For the time being, 16 days are planned for the appeal process," the Court of Appeal announced on Thursday.
The date for the new round is in the Høiby scandal. Next February, the appeal against Norway's oldest son, Queen Mette-Marit, will begin.
Høiby, the son of Queen Mette-Marit of Norway, was convicted of two counts of rape and domestic violence in the summer. The case will be heard in the Court of Appeal in February.
