Khloe Simmonds Jailed 7.5 Years for False Rape Claims in West London
Simmonds admitted eight counts of perverting the course of public justice after police spent hundreds of hours investigating claims that led to arrests and detentions.
Harrow Crown Court sentenced 26-year-old Khloe Simmonds to 7.5 years in prison for eight counts of perverting the course of justice after making false rape allegations against several men between 2018 and 2026.
At the height of the offending, Simmonds was responsible for 2.5% of all rape and serious sexual assault allegations in Harrow, representing a sustained pattern of conduct rather than isolated incidents.
One victim, an Afghan national, spent 88 days under police investigation due to false claims. Prosecutor Ben Temple said vehicle data from another case 'annihilated the allegation' against a taxi driver.
Victims described the arrest process as 'humiliating' and the ordeal as 'traumatic.' His Honour Judge John Lodge stated the conduct diverted resources from investigating 'genuine victims of serious crime.'
Dominic Benthall, representing Simmonds, cited diagnoses of autism and ADHD alongside alcohol dependency, arguing 'there is plainly, or was plainly, at the time an underlying mental health difficulty.
