Over a hundred families from Rumia (Pomeranian Voivodeship) have been waiting for four years for the keys to their dream apartments, which were supposed to be ready in 2021. The developer abandoned the construction, and the unfinished blocks became easy prey for thieves. The residents are desperate and do not know what to do next.
