The Indian Air Force organised the second edition of the Sekhon Indian Air Force Marathon 2026 in Chandigarh in memory of Flying Officer Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon, the only IAF officer to be awarded the Param Vir Chakra. More than 3,500 participants registered for the marathon, which featured 21-km, 10-km and 5-km categories.
