SCOTTSBORO — An arrest has been made and a stolen firearm recovered following a traffic stop on March 2 around 2 p.m. According to the Scottsboro Police Department (SPD), an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Ridgewood Drive on a maroon Toyota Tacoma for an equipment violation.
