Traffic pattern changes Tuesday on U.S. 421 near Virginia line

Motorists traveling U.S. 421 near the Kentucky/Virginia state line should be prepared for a new traffic pattern beginning Tuesday, Aug. 25. Bizzack Construction plans to shift traffic onto the newly constructed section of U.S. 421 between mile points 0.0 and 1.3 in Harlan County.
