According to the transport company's website, the metro started running again shortly after 3:30 p.m. Until then, transport was provided by buses with the XC designation instead of the metro.

Metro line C in Prague was running late on Monday afternoon. Buttons were activated at the Pankrác station, Aneta Řehková, a spokeswoman for the Prague public transport company, told iDNES.cz. The cause was a technical fault in the security equipment, which was repaired at 6:16 p.m., according to the spokeswoman.
