TORREÓN, COAH.- Mayor Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solis announced that in the next few days there will be a new delivery of 30 motorcars, as part of the municipal program “From horseshoe to engine”, which seeks to gradually replace the animal traction vehicles used for work activities in the city.
