LAKE BUCKHORN, Ohio — A tornado with winds over 100 mph touched down Monday in Holmes County, the National Weather Service confirmed.The EF-1 tornado touched down just before 5:30 p.m. near Lake Buckhorn and was on the ground for three minutes, covering 1.32 miles. It had a maximum width of 80 yards and wind speed of 105 mph.
