The Stade Toulosain was summoned to the French rugby disciplinary council on 8 December in the case of the transfer of player Melvyn Jaminet in 2022. He was threatened with losing points. The Stade had already paid a fine of 1.3 million euros for non-compliance with the Salary cap rules.
The transfer of Perpignan's player to the Toulouse club in 2022, "suscite a minima of legitimate questions," declared David Charmatz, the prosecutor of the Republic of Toulouse.
