Toledo officers who shot man responded properly, police chief says

Seven officers who opened fire on a Hill Avenue man whose wife had called 911 about his “psychosis” early Wednesday all perceived a deadly threat when he raised the shotgun he carried, interim Police Chief Michael Troendle said after playing 911 and radio recordings and body-camera videos for reporters Friday afternoon.
