ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KMIZ) Tipton has etched its name in the history books. The Cardinals (13-1) captured their first state title in program history, soaring past Putnam County (13-1) for a 39-14 victory in the MSHSAA Class 1 Show-Me Bowl.
