Tigers sweep Jemison to take area championship - The Demopolis Times

The Demopolis baseball team has once again captured the Class 5A, Area 7 championship after sweeping Jemison in a three game series last week. The Tigers improved to 19-9 overall, according to AHSAA, and will host Area 6 runner-up Beauregard in the first round of the state playoffs. Game 1 and 2 will be at 4 and 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
