OTTERTAIL — A Perham man appeared before the Otter Tail County Court on June 18 from the Otter Tail County Detention Center after being charged with felony theft. Police reports say Colton Hackel, 23, stole money from his place of work, Thumper Pond Resort in Ottertail.
