WINONA, MINN. – Northern State earned their first NSIC victory today, taking down winless Winona State 3-2. In the battle, The Wolves recorded three goals, nine shots, seven shots on goal, two saves, five corners and four fouls.

Warriors Battle Northern State in Hard-Fought 3-2 Setback

The Winona State soccer team battled Northern State throughout Sunday afternoon before the Wolves scored the game-winning goal with less than eight minutes remaining in a 3-2 decision at Altra Federal Credit Union Stadium.
