Third arrest made in illegal dumping case

A third person has been arrested in the illegal dumping case involving an oil field separator that tested positive for radiation. Christopher Jacob Johnson of Decatur was arrested July 22 for illegal dumping more than 1,000 pounds or more than 200 cubic feet, according to Wise County Jail records.
