That's what you call a head for business. 27 years ago, the city of Szczytno (Warmia-Masuria Province) sold a historic water tower to an investor for a symbolic złoty. After almost three decades, it bought back the unrenovated facility with a building to be demolished for almost PLN 3 million and is planning an investment for PLN 18 million. The decision was made in early March 2025.
