Hermosillo, Sonora.- Opposition deputies, PAN and MC, presented an initiative for the Congress of Sonora to approve an appeal for federal units to review the environmental impact assessment procedures and authorizations already granted to projects of liquefied natural gas plants that intend to operate in the Gulf of California, the Aquarius of the World.
Sonora legislators requested to evaluate the environmental effects of gas plants and gas pipelines in the Gulf of California.
At the plenary session of the State Congress, Congresswoman Gabriela Félix and Congressman Juan Pablo Arenívar presented an appeal to federal authorities for a comprehensive review of the gas pipeline and Liquefied Natural Gas plants projects they intend to operate in the Gulf of California.
