They close roads in Isabela for research at Guajataca dam

ISABELA – The Electric Power Authority reported on Wednesday the partial closure of the PR-119 road between kilometers 18.5 and 21.6, and the total closure of the PR-476 between kilometers 0.0 and 0.7, from Monday, April 28 until May 26.
