The PsdeG has complained that the Municipality of Orense paid with public funds the 1,200 euros that it cost to avoid a traffic ticket imposed, allegedly, on the former President of the provincial entity José Manuel Baltar, the same day that the current senator of the PP was caught driving at 215 km/h when he was heading to Madrid on the wheel of an official car.
