The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms the existence of two Portuguese persons reported missing in Nepal, following the sudden floods that hit this Wednesday the north of the country, near the border with Tibet
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that there is another Portuguese, male, missing following the floods that occurred in Nepal this Wednesday. The two missing Portuguese were not in the same group, these being separate cases.
A river overflowed and took an apocalyptic view to the border between Nepal and the Chinese region of Tibet. For now, there are more than 150 confirmed dead and more than 500 disappeared. Among them, many tourists and also a Portuguese one.
The woman was among the people given as missing after the sudden floods that hit the Rasuwa region, near the border between Nepal and Tibet. The Portuguese authorities are already following the case.
