Today at 8:31 a.m. from Cape Canaveral in Florida, Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski will fly into space - the first Pole to live on the International Space Station. The broadcast of this historic event will be available on TVN24 and TVN24 BiS, as well as on tvn24.pl and TVN24+.
Poland invested nearly EUR 65 million in Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski's participation in the Axiom-4 space mission.
The second Pole in space - this historic event became a fact today. At 08:31 Polish time, the Ax-4 mission with Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski on board was launched from Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The launch of the mission was observed in many places in Poland - including the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw. Prime Minister Donald Tusk watched the broadcast there.
