According to conservationists, there are tens of thousands of stray animals living in Havlíčkův Brod and its surroundings, and no one cares for them. The city government has therefore now approved a program that should help improve this situation in the case of cats. It will reimburse its residents for the costs of their castration, and will later also provide it for captured stray animals.
