From the 2030 timetable, passengers travelling by diesel train from Pardubice to the Vysočina region will probably not be able to do without a transfer in Hlinsko. The Railway Administration wants to lay a new overhead line on the line between Havlíčký Brod and Hlinsko. The new line is intended to bring savings mainly to freight transport, and to shorten the journey between Hlinsko and Havlíčký Brod for passengers.
