The White House Historical Association Launches Commemorative Ornaments to Celebrate America's 250th Anniversary

On Jan. 7, 2026 the White House Historical Association launched three limited-edition, American-made commemorative ornaments including The Official Commemorative Ornament of America's 250th Anniversary Celebration in Washington, D.C.
Created in partnership with America250, a nonpartisan Semiquincentennial initiative, the ornaments were designed and assembled in America to honor ideals rooted in 1776 and engage Americans.
The Official Commemorative Ornament of America's 250th Anniversary Celebration features the Declaration of Independence printed on linen and mounted in a brass setting with 24-karat gold finishing, priced at $26.95, with other ornaments retailing for $34.00 each and a three-ornament set for $80.75 available online and at Washington, D.C. locations.
Proceeds from ornament sales will support the White House Historical Association's preservation, acquisitions, research and education programs, with more than $115 million given to the White House since its founding.
Founded in 1961 and inspired by First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, the White House Historical Association seeks to inspire reflection on American history and renew commitment to democratic ideals through its programs.
