MÉRIDA – A couple of days after his resignation as delegate of the Ministry of Welfare in Yucatán was announced, Rogerio Castro Vázquez denied having been subjected to political or legal pressure to leave the post. Initially, no reason was given for his resignation, although there was speculation about differences with the head of the ministry.
