The fugitive leader of the Kavac clan, Radoje Zvicer, was sentenced today to a long-term prison sentence of 40 years for organizing a criminal organization for drug smuggling, cigarette smuggling, money laundering, as well as the serious murder of Milan Ljepoja and the attempted murder of the leader of the opposing Skaljar clan, the late Jovan Vukotić, in 2021 in Kotor, Montenegrin media reports.
