The Provincial High Court of Valencia has endorsed the decision of the judge of Catarroja (Valencia) who investigates the dana, Nuria Ruiz Tobarra, not to summon the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, to testify as a witness in the case, according to a resolution communicated this Friday.
