Indra Group, a global leader in air traffic management and mobility technology, has announced that the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded it a $342 million contract for the manufacture of next-generation air traffic surveillance radars under the FAA Radar Systems Replacement Program. The systems will be produced at the new Indra Group manufacturing plant in the United States, in the Kansas City area.
