Navitas Semiconductor's stock jumped as much as 20% after the US Army Research Laboratory picked it for ALATTIS, a program to build 10kV silicon carbide power chips domestically. The Army chose the small-cap GaN and SiC maker specifically for its US-based manufacturing amid supply-chain reshoring pressure.
