The University of Granada is already in Salerno, Italy, to participate in the European University Games 2026, which are held from 18 July to 1 August. The UGR will be represented by 40 athletes in four modalities – male tennis, female beach handball, female rugby 7 and female volleyball – and by an institutional delegation that will know first hand the organisation of the event with a view to the EUSA Games Granada 2030.
