The Criminal Appeal Section of the Civil and Criminal Division of the High Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA), based in Granada, has reduced the prison sentence from thirteen and a half years to seven years for two investigated for sexual assault committed against a minor in Écija, Seville, in April 2024, although a third party has been reduced from 20 to 15 years in prison.
The Supreme Court has reduced the prison sentence from 13 and a half years to only 7 years to two of those accused of the so-called Manada de Écija. The third party has also benefited from the appeal filed by the counsel of these two men and has been reduced from 15 to 10 years in prison.
