The Government, through the Ministry of Finance, announces a tender for August 13 with offers from Lecaps, Boncap, Dollar Linked and Boncer.

Unlike other calls, the government will set maximums of $3 billion for letters with maturity on September 12 and $4 billion for titles on September 30.
