The Constitutional Court (TC) is holding a plenary session on Tuesday, in which it is expected that the amnesty will be granted to independence leaders for the embezzlement of the 'procese' after it is known that the papers are in favour of applying the measure of grace to them and that they contain criticisms of the Supreme Court for having performed an interpretation that prevented them from carrying out forgiveness for that crime.
