On the 25th, it was observed that the climbing plants Jade Vine (Fabaceae) and Mysol Tree Vine (Acanthaceae) were in bloom at a private house in Nakayama, Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture, in an area commonly known as "Koyama Iriha." The house's owner, Yasuki Tanaka (82), planted the seedlings five years ago, and about 100 clusters of flowers are hanging from the plants.
